Recently, I noticed that many users upload official content from the game, livery, even aircraft, etc. The official content needs to be protected, not spread wantonly. This kind of uploading of unreasonable files in order to get the download permission of the website is really shameful.

If possible, please give a note directly to the affected parties if something has been uploaded that has not been sufficiently created by yourself. Then we will delete the post immediately and, if necessary, also block the user.

I sometimes take aircraft files from this filebase and repurpose it for mobile. In the 747 file i uploaded for example, since I took liveries from multiple entries, I just wrote that I got them from this filebase and specified which directories.
Just so I understand for future uploads, can I upload the same repurposed files for mobile if I credit the individual creators?

the safe way is :
to write to (all possible) invited creators (also Ipacs, if you use data from them)
and ask them before make it public.
Re-publishing other creator's work without implicit or explicit consent (e.g. via license) is most likely a form of intellectual property theft. Even more so if the original needs to be bought, and you republish it for free.
Actually all content creators should put a license on their work, so every question about repurposing is answered. (Most of my private work uses an MIT license, which is quite liberal.)
