I will do this airport with all you requested, but I have lot of work now in real life, so the project will be delayed. I can try to finish today, but I dont promise that. With this airport it makes 4 airports that aren't done yet - ZBAD, ZSSS, ZJHK and ZYCY.

Do you have a LOGIN to AirportCreationTool (ACT)? If so, I am happy to complement you as a co-author. Or I delete my version ZYCY and you import the ZYCY.tap into the ACT yourself.
Everything that can be entered via the ACT goes faster than manually directly into the TAP file, especially for tarmacs and lines. I can also only do the part with the tarmacs and lines and you do the rest.
But however, ZYCY will be able to exist shortly.
