Update, now I can download. Don't know what happened initially.

Having just purchased and installed Aerofly fs2 (mainly for VR) I am looking at getting scenery for UK, the north for now. However in the downloads section (from the Scenerie-Map) when I click on a file I want I am informed I have reached my download limit. How can I reach a limit when I have not downloaded anything? Unless of course new users cannot download. Also being new i am unsure how to install 3rd party addons . Is it similar to xplane and fsx?
