If the stitched images are already incorrect, then the error occurs when assembling the many small downloaded satellite image tiles by "Stitch Image Tiles" process.

Geoconvert then converts the incorrect base image for Aerofly FS4 1:1 (raw images for verification and all ttc files), and the Shrink TMC grid square factor has no effect.

Unfortunately, this type of error is completely unknown.

So that I can carry out further checking and see whether the error can be reproduced on my end, you would need to share your entire working directory with me via direct contact (Google Drive, WeTransfer or what ever).

This kind of issue is inknown for me. You should give much more info to help to trigger out:

1. Grid Square Selection Size, Image Source & Image Detail (Zoom Level)?
2. And are the stiched images ok? Have you checked them before running GeoConvert process?
Then the issue should be also visible in the created raw images. Is it?
3. Did you get "_mask" raw image and _mask.ttc files after having set the Shrink TMC value to 0 instead of 0.01 degrees (if yes you have to change it back to 0.01)?

Currently, the “stitched images” must be edited manually with a photo app - I use the free GIMP app - before the “Run Geoconvert” process is started in AeroScenery. For better results, in addition to the water also clouds should be retouched for making a high quality scenerie, which means a lot of work.

My next release of the AeroScenery MOD v1.1.3 "k", which is still in development, will include automatic water masking that preserves the original texture near the shoreline. However, this requires significantly more processing time for creation, as additional to the satellite images OSM maps are downloaded for the water masks. Also the distance to the shoreline must be calculated from every point in the water for a smoth transition.

Having a look at my first add-ons with automatic water masking, the result is very satisfying. Especially, no manual corrections are needed for the water anymore.

Well, this workaround should work for Mobile user.
Windows 11 PC users are able to pack/zip the tme directly, requires a correct folder structure and has to be zipped with "store" method (instead of "deflate" as default method for zip files on PC) .

As already mentioned, you need first a POI that works on FS4 with the corresponding files as a basis (means .tsl, .tmb and corresponding .ttx texture files, created using e.g. the Aerofly FS4 SDK). Do you have a POI Folder working with FS4 and dispose of the original texture images of the 3D model?

Content Converter of FS2 SDK and my working folder with the adappted _content_converter_config.tmc are only needed to convert the original images to compatible .ttx for mobile, so you can replace them, keeping the .tsl and .tmb files of the working FS4 PC POI.

First create the POI for FS4 and test it.
Then make a copy of it and replace all ttx texture file for fs4 with the ones compatible with Mobile/Android having the Aerofly FS2 SDK installed.

I use this content_converter_config.tmc resp. working folder to make the conversion of base images of the 3D modell (png, bmp or jpg) to create them: _compile_Textures_Android.zip

Do you know how to pack the tme scenery file?

Don't use geoconvertwrapper for your first attempts and by default. So disable it under Settings > GeoConvert.

Just to test it, try a small grid square selection size of, for example, 12 and a low Image Detail Zoom Level (@hint: afterwards you shoud always do a scenery for a Grid Size of 9 or at least 10 to avoid texture changes when approaching).

When the GeoConvert process is complete, you should see the text “completed” in green. Do you get the green text completed?

Direct conversion of objects from FS4 to Mobile is not possible.

You need to posses the original 3D models with the original texture files as bmp, png, or jpg to convert objects as POIs for Mobile/Android.

This is the reason why I couldn't integrate POIs into my HK Scenery for Mobile, unlike the FS4 plug-in.

What do you mean with af4 version of building plugins? Do you mean POI's created using the Aerofly FS Scenery SDK for FS4?

I use the Content Converter to convert the original texture images of POIs for mobile devices. I am not sure if it also works for liveries.

I use this content_converter_config.tmc resp. working folder to make the conversion of images:
_compile_Textures_Android.zip

Do you first have installed the Aerofly FS2 Content Converter of the FS2 SDK?
Under Settings in the 2nd Register GeoConvert you have the option Conversion for mobile [x] Creates an additional working folder for conversion (Android only).
For new sceneries you will get the additional folder structure with the batch file for conversion of the images of the 16-geoconvert-raw folder in TTC files working for Android.
For existing sceneries just run [x] Generate AID/TMC Files again, to add the additional folder structure with the batch file.

Are you allready using my MOD of AeroScenery (also IPACS's Aerofly FS2 SDK is needed):

After that it needs an additional conversion step of the the "RAW"-Images for Mobile (Android). My AeroScenery MOD will support you to do it.Finally a clean file/folder structur is needed before packing it to a TME file.

Hi, I have no experience with liveries myself. You will probably need the Aircraft SDK to convert the images into the appropriate format >> Developers | Aerofly FS

Other users having experinence may be able to help you with further information.

First, you need to explain what you mean by different “skins”. Are you talking about converting 3D models/POI's?
In general, direct conversion is not possible, you always need the original 3D-models with the textures/images in a suitable format and the SDK-Plugins for export as *.tgi file (using Blender Plugin or MCX/Modell Converter X).
