and the next update:

Krzysztof has published updates at the turn of the year 2023/2024.

I have sorted the airports by region on my Mac (Continent_Country_Federal/Region). And I also create the airfields missing in FS4 by region for the “Sector 6 Germany NW” project.
That's why I decided to also list the airports here by region, in this case by federal state. Hamburg, Bremen and Schleswig-Holstein have already been published, I plan to publish Lower Saxony this week.
-
Because unfortunately no updates are displayed in the filebase, I use this forum for this. I have updated the aerodromes,
- 59 are finished and
- 19 are still in progress.
-
As far as I know, I have now completed all 76 airfields still missing in FS4 for Denmark; however, some rework is still necessary.
The actual reason for this work was actually "only" to support the "Sector 6 NNW" project. Somehow it took on a life of its own, on the one hand because I had already created many Danish airfields for IZ0JUB in FSCloudPort years ago, and on the other hand because my grandson wrote me a program with which I can quickly and easily transfer FS2 FSCloudPort airfields into FS4.
When the images for Denmark have been revised, I will fine-tune the airfields. All in all, this will be a good project, because the automatic cultivation on the part of IPACS already works well, as the catenary masts of the railway line north of EKML show.

Here are the last missing airfields in Denmark for the project "Sector 6 NNW".
I am curious to see how well the airfields created for FS4 will match the images.
-
So, the next batch is ready: missing airfields in Lower Saxony (Germany).
-
Here are the in FS4 missing airfields in Schleswig-Holstein (Germany). Next will be the missing airfields in Lower Saxony (Germany) and Jutland (Denmark).
As far as the airfields already exist for FS2 in FSCloudPort, they have been taken over and adapted. Otherwise they are newly created. Each airfield comes with a tap file so that the data can be read out with a text editor.
For some airfields there are hints in CAPITAL LETTERS in the file name to points that are still open:
-- RUNWAY is written for helipads, because these are only visible if there is a runway. For this purpose, a 0.01 m wide and approx. 2 m long runway was integrated in the helipad.
-- ELEVATION is used when there are clear problems with the elevation.
-- WRONG_POSITION indicates that the positions between airfield and images seem to be slightly shifted.
-- IN_PROGRESS means that there is still work to be done.
All airfields are integrated in AirportCreationTool. If other AirportCeationTool users are interested in further customising individual airfields, I will be happy to send them an invitation.
As far as data from the airfields are available (https://aip.dfs.de/BasicVFR/20…81cd424b1735957eab9d.html), I have added them, but there is still some work to be done.
Nevertheless, have fun.

😀 I also need time to turn the imported raw data into usable airfields.
One thing I have already noticed during tests: partly a revision of the elevation would also be useful.

That fits - the airfields in Lower Saxony that are missing in FS4 have already been added to the AirportCreationTool, Schleswig-Holstein and Southern Denmark will follow in the next few days.
=> For FS2 the airfields can be downloaded from FSCloudPort.
=> For FS4 I will provide a zip file.
-
The bridge over the Great Belt and the wind farm made it easy for me to find the area quickly on the map.
By the way, this fits in well with what I'm trying to do:
- On the one hand, my grandson is currently writing a script that will allow me to quickly prepare airfields created for FS2 in FSCloudPort for FS4.
- On the other hand, I supported IZ0JUB years ago and created many airfields in FSCloudPort for Denmark and Northern Germany.🤓
=> Therefore it makes sense to create these airfields from FS2 also for FS4.😀😎

It could be, Nyborg in DK?

Moin,
